About Ayurcharya.
Ayurcharya was birthed as a collaborative project of my two passions - gardening and Ayurvedic Medicine. Using Ayurvedic practices to get to know each individual through their diet and lifestyle routine plus their Ayurvedic prakriti to design a garden and daily life plan to facilitate the expansion of health wealth in their life. Each plan is seasonal as is every garden. We must adapt the flow of our decisions in collaboration with Mother Nature to maintain optimal balance within ourselves.
